Gravity dye casting

We manufacture high-precision cast parts for the automotive industry as well as for electrical and mechanical engineering on 22 casting machines. From 0.1 to 30 kg per piece, we have created an enormous range in casting technology. Alu Casting not only casts all common alloys but also hypereutectic for highly stressed cast parts. AlSi12CuNiMg, AlSi17Cu4Ti or AlSi18CuNiMg.

Sand casting

In 2013 we started the cold box core casting process for the production of prototypes and small series. Here we manufacture castings in die-cast quality of sand casting. This method is very often used for testing the prototype or pilot series of. Also spare parts requirements that were previously in die cast be covered by this procedure today.

Machining and Tooling

With 2 partner companies today, our castings are machined. We are a system supplier for renowned customers. Alu Casting supplies products finished, painted, anodized. With our know-how in the model and tool we put your ideas into castings.
